Salesforce Health Insights severity-ranked org health overview

Short answer: Salesforce Health Insights is an org-health feature that, per Salesforce's announcement, ranks severity-based insights across Security and Process Automation from Critical to Compliant, and it is available with the Winter '27 release only to Signature Success Plan customers on Core products.

Source: Salesforce's blog post "Salesforce Health Insights," published November 2, 2026. Salesforce's own pages are the authority; confirm availability for your org with your account team. Last reviewed: 2026-11-04.

What Health Insights checks

Per Salesforce's announcement, Health Insights covers three areas:

  • **Security:** severity-ranked insights on how the org is configured
  • **Process Automation:** severity-ranked insights on automation in the org
  • **Product Adoption:** an answer to "What products am I using?"

Insights are ranked from Critical to Compliant, so the most urgent issues rise to the top. Salesforce also describes next-best-action guidance built from your org's configuration, and a way to ask Slackbot "How is my org health?" outside Salesforce. Check the Salesforce post for the detail of both.

Who gets it

Health Insights is available with the Winter '27 release for Signature Success Plan customers on Core products, at no extra cost. Orgs on other success plans do not get it. If you are not sure which plan you are on, ask your Salesforce account team.

What to do if you are not on Signature

You can run a hands-on version of the same questions yourself in Setup. This is your own work, not a replacement for any Salesforce feature:

  1. **Health Check score.** Open Health Check in Setup, note the score, and work through the High-Risk and Medium-Risk settings first.
  2. **Setup Audit Trail.** Review the last 180 days for changes you do not recognize, especially to profiles, permission sets, sharing and login settings.
  3. **Inactive flows and unused automation.** List flows, process builders, workflow rules and validation rules that are inactive or have not run in a long time, and decide whether each should be retired.
  4. **Integration users and connected apps.** For every integration user, confirm the profile and permission sets grant only what the integration needs. Review connected apps and who has authorized them, and remove what nobody owns.
  5. **Login History anomalies.** Filter Login History for failed logins, unexpected IP ranges and logins from service accounts at odd hours.

Write down the date and the result of each step so the next review shows what changed.

How a full health check differs

A manual audit is a point in time. Wrenk runs scheduled health checks with drift detection, so you see what changed since the last run. It runs 200+ automated checks, and fixes are plan-first: each shows its risk and a rollback before anything changes, and they are promoted sandbox-first. It works across multiple orgs on Salesforce, HubSpot and ServiceNow.
